Maintaining Trust and Relationships
An important prerequisite for Maha’s long term success is the trust of our shareholders, business partners, stakeholders and the market in general. To maintain this trust, we must ensure that its activities are conducted in an ethical manner.
Corporate Governance is an integral part of our foundation that guides Maha’s corporate culture, business objectives, and helps accommodate stakeholder interests. At Maha, we are committed to conducting business honestly, safely, ethically, and with integrity in full compliance with laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the business in the countries in which it operates. Since its creation in 2013, Maha has been guided by its comprehensive Corporate Governance policies and has aligned its business practices to the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. All employees, consultants and directors of Maha have an individual responsibility to know and follow the principles and guidelines of the Corporate Policies. We expect general ethical principles in business and behavior of all our employees and consultants. These policies are readily available to all employees and consultants and it is expected that employees review, understand, and comply with these policies.
